Mr. Arendt is the principal founder of Aztec Solutions. He will initially function as both CEO and CFO until a suitable CFO can be hired. Mr. Arendt has a distinguished record in the computer industry. Mr. Arendt was formerly a Vice-President of Worldwide Operations at ELXSI, a parallel processing company. Mr. Arendt was responsible for worldwide marketing efforts. He has had a paper titled "Practical Parallel Processing" in the High-Energy Physics Yearbook. He has been listed in Who's Who in Computer Marketing. He has participated in international "road shows" to raise capital with former Hambrecht and Quist President Tom Volpe. Mr. Arendt has held positions from Director of Marketing to President of various companies.
